• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 stalks celery, the inner small ones
• 1 carrot, diced, small one
• 1 cup rice
• 2 cups water
• 1 dried chili

directions

1. saute
2. carrot
3. add celery.
4. add garlic.
5. put into rice cooker.
6. add rice water and chili.
7. cook.

I really enjoyed this. I love using my rice cooker and this recipe added a lot of flavor to the rice. Bonus is that the leftovers are halfway to being fried rice! Made for ZWT9
