A flavorful quick stir fry - if you don't have Thai basil, use any kind of basil that's available.
- 8 ounces chicken, cubed
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 ounces fresh Thai basil, chopped
- 3 ounces onions, chopped
- 3 ounces green peppers, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Thai sweet chili sauce
- 3 ounces fish sauce
- Heat oil in wok and stiry-fry the chicken for 30 seconds.
- Add basil, onion, and pepper and stiry fry until softened.
- Season with chili sauce and fish sauce.
