  1. Assuming you drain the liquid from the Artichokes? Read from a reader that the dip was dry so I had to ask. Thanks

  1. I simply need clarification. Recipe calls for 1/2 cup of Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese which is 8 oz. ; therefore, what is the "extra cheese" you added? Your additional comment: "I put 8 oz. of each cheese for a cheesier dip." I look forward to your comments. I would appreciate your response. Thank you !!

  2. Very good recipe. I’ve been looking for the perfect Spinach dip recipe. I exclude the artichoke, not a fan. However, everything in this turned out wonderful, prep time cooking. I used organic frozen spinach this time for this recipe because I found that regular is more stringy. Also, maybe added another 1/2 cup of each cheese just because “I love cheese”. The oven is the way to go with this. It’s worth the wait. Thank you for sharing a great recipe. ????

  3. I recently used Kraft's "Natural Shredded Italian Five Cheese" which contains low?moisture part?skim mozzarella, provolone, romano, asiago and parmesan cheeses. My friends loved it.

  4. My coworkers love this so much I feel like it's going to be a potluck star for a long time. Trust me add the extra cheese.

  5. I've made this recipe several times now. It doesn't fail. I've doubled it, and I've also made it exactly as printed. I've also made it with double spinach which is my personal favorite. Its better then Friday's recipe, and everyone loves it when you bring it to a party. The only hard part is getting the spinach dry. Other then that it's very easy.
