Good soup. I whisked the flour and water together and then added to the hot broth to prevent lumps.

This is a wonderful soup to make. And perfect for 2 people. I like to use veleveta cheese and mexican melting cheese instead of kraft single slices.

Lovely soup! I loved all the broccoli and cheese together. I think I would add fresh green onion to garnish and for flavor at the end--just personal taste. Simple soup that makes quite a bit and soothes the soul. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

This was wonderful and super easy. I followed the recipe exactly. This thickened up nicely and great flavor. I served this with a loaf of french bread. Wonderful dinner I thank you Valerie!

This was really good. To cut down on calories, I used non'fat half and half. I also used 98% fat free chicken broth. The only thing you need to be careful of is when you add the flour mixture to the soup that it doesn't clump together. I served this with a quiche that I made with egg beaters to keep the meal low on fat and calories. I will make this again.
