  • Mix sauce, sugar and mustard.
  • Place chicken in 2 quart shallow baking dish.
  • Pour picante sauce mixture over chicken.
  • Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice.

  5. Not exactly what our family likes to eat. I followed the recipe exactly. I don't particuarly like a sweet spin to my chicken. It's very easy and would be wonderful for an inexperienced cook or someone looking for something very simple and easy to make. Served with mexican rice and steamed broccoli.
