  1. mix eggs salt pepper and milk and beat until foam starts.
  2. cook and drain breakfast sausage with onion in skillet.
  3. grill ham.
  4. grill bacon.
  5. deep fry crispy crowns or tater tots or favorite potatoes.
  6. add meat, taters and (sliced fresh jalepenos completely optional) to large skillet.
  7. set temp to medium low on range.
  8. add egg mixture.
  9. let mixture cook slow shaking skillet to allow uncooked eggs to bottom like an omelet.
  10. in seperate skillet heat tortillas with slice of cheese.
  11. when eggs have cooked to desired doneness.
  12. assemble burrito by adding egg meat mixture to cheese.
  13. add picante, pepper sauce, red chile sauce or fresh salsa as desired.
  14. serve with cold beer.
