- 118.29 ml distilled white vinegar
- 59.14 ml vegetable oil
- 1892.72 ml coarsely shredded green cabbage or 453.59 g bag of prepared coleslaw mix
- 236.59 ml thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 236.59 ml thinly sliced green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, coarsely shredded
- salt
- white pepper
directions
- Whisk sugar, vinegar and oil to blend in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
