I am not a baker. I overworked the dough, and the results were tough and hard on the bottom... but the flavor was still great. Probably a great recipe for someone who actually knows what they're doing. However, my cinnamon butter came out very runny, and even refridgeration didn't solve the problem. It may have been something I did, but I thought there was too much honey taste-wise as well.

I might have to try the rolls. I won't worry about making the butter. I can buy country crock honey and cinnamon spread in my store and probably already have some in my fridge

Made these rolls (without the 1.2 cup of honey) for Thanksgiving. They were quite a bit of work, but turned out to be very good. I found that I only needed about 4.5 cups of flower total in the dough.
