For the Pecan lover, a light delicate cooky
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 300' degrees F.
- Combine butter, sugar and vanilla til creamy.
- Blend in flour and pecans til thoroughly combined.
- Form into small balls; place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes; remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
