ingredients
- 425.24 g can pineapple chunks, drained
- 2-3 medium bananas, sliced
- 118.29 ml sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 118.29 ml pecan pieces
- 1 medium orange, peeled, quartered lengthwise, sliced
- 1 medium mango, peeled, seeded and sliced (optional)
- 236.59 ml dark cherries, frozen unsweetened pitted, thawed and patted dry

Margarita Dressing
- 157.80 ml sour cream
- 29.58 ml tequila
- 14.79 ml brown sugar
- 4.92 ml lime zest
- 14.79 ml lime juice
- 14.79 ml frozen orange juice concentrate
directions
- Toss all ingredients, except Margarita Dressing, in a large bowl. Chill, covered, up to 1 hour.
- Margarita Dressing.
- Stir together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
- To serve, drizzle salad with Margarita dressing and garnish with lime slices, if desired.
