  1. This was a delicious "down home cooking" type of recipe, especially for the cold winter day we've had today. I opted to include Velveeta cheese, but only about half of it. It added a creamy touch to the dish. It goes together really quickly, too. I went a little light on the chili seasoning, but it was hardly noticeable, but that's an easy fix. And I'll just increase the amount of chili seasoning used the next time I make this. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Lauralie41. We enjoyed it.

  2. Very nice, comforting, homey-type dish. A different twist on Goulash. I subbed in black beans for the corn. We don't eat corn, but I wanted to keep with the Tex-Mex theme.

  3. I made this goulash for dinner last night and the grandkids really enjoyed it. I added an extra can of tomatoes, but otherwise made as directed. Nice hearty meal for a cool night.

  4. I really enjoyed this simple and delish recipe on a cool fall day. It really hit the spot. Congrats again on your football win!

  5. Quick and Easy. I really liked the addition of corn. Made for PRMR.
