This is a recipe found on the back of an older than dirt Hershey's Cocoa Box. Posting it here so I don't loose it.


  1. Melt butter over low heat.
  2. Gradually mix in Cocoa powder, confectioners sugar, vanilla, milk, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Frost that cake! Enjoy!

I love this recipe. Usually, I make this as fudge. Because it hardens so well, I butter a plate with the butter wrapper/paper and pour out the chocolate onto the plate. Let it harden and Voila! Fudge! (To fit my plates, I halve the recipe.)
