Texas Chocolate Cake

"This is made on a large jelly roll pan. My mom has made this since I was just a wee one. Now my husband and kids love it too. Make sure you frost it with the Texas Cake Chocolate Icing.."

ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup water
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 2 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup sour milk
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. Boil butter, water, cocoa, sugar and flour till all melted and mixed well.
2. Mix rest of ingredients together and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
