    Ingredients:

    Serves: 6-8

    Yield:

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Chop onion and sauté in olive oil.
    2. 2
      Add garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.
    3. 3
      Add chili powder and stir.
    4. 4
      Add ground meat and brown in the seasoning.
    5. 5
      Pour in the beef broth and the Serrano peppers.
    6. 6
      Drain the can of beans and add to the chili.
    7. 7
      Simmer for at least an hour. Longer if you would like it thicker.
    8. 8
      Add more broth if it cooks off too fast and you would like a thinner chili.
