Great appetizer. Very delicious and healthy. Very easy to make and will disappear fast.
- 15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces white corn, drained
- 15 ounces Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 small onion, peeled and minced
- 8 ounces Italian salad dressing
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with chips.
