  • Rinse and drain peas & beans.
  • Drain corn.
  • Mix first ten ingredients.
  • Mix vinegar, oil and spices thoroughly.
  • Toss avocado with other veggies.
  • Pour vinegar mix over all & stir gently.
  • Chill at least 1 hour.
