Questions & Replies

  1. The nutrition info on my card has been ripped and worn until its unreadable. Can anyone quickly pass it on to me? I want to show calories and carbohydrates for a bake sale. And suggested serving size/amount. Or just the total of recipe. Thanks!

  1. This is probably my favorite recipe EVER!! Diabetic whose boys are grown and don't live close to me, so I haven't baked in years. When my oldest son was 16 or 17, he ate an entire panful overnight that was intended for a work food day the following day! And honestly, I could do it also! Once won a prize for me in a bake-off!

  2. These brownies are positively sinful!

  3. I have been making this recipe for years. It came from a free sample card from All American Recipes. They are moist and yummy and at a perfect sweetness. I recommend letting the cake cool for about 20 minutes before pouring the frosting or else the frosting will sizzle on the sides of the pan making it look uneven. For a different taste, I also add about a tsp of coconut extract with the vanilla when adding it to the flour. Enjoy!!
