Easy and tasty..serve with rice and a salad. I like to top with some avacado slices.

This was so unbelievabe. The combination of the picanta sauce, mustard and sugar was outstanding. My three children loved it. I didn't feel like cooking tonight so this recipe did the job. I made bake potatoes with salsa and sour cream as toppings with garlic green beans. I baked the chicken along with the potatoes at 350 degrees for an hour so that they both would be done at the same time. This will definately go in my recipe book.
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 1⁄2 cups picante sauce
- 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
