  • In a saucepan, over medium heat, cook beans until heated through.
  • Add in next 7 ingredients; cook for 2-3 minutes or until warm.
  • Spread the bean mixture evenly onto the tortillas, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Roll-up/wrap burrito style.

  4. We liked these wraps very much, lots of taste and very very hearty!! I made one and a half times the recipe because I wanted to freeze a couple, I got 6 hefty wraps. I'm sure if I had just made the recipe it would have made 4 wraps, I don't think I could have filled only 2, that's a lot of filling!!I used parsley because that was what I had on hand, also used a mix of mozzarella and sharp cheddar, didn't have any Monteray Jack.
