These taste great so the fact that they are quick and easy to make is an added bonus! Only change is added onion which I do to about everything because we love them.

We liked these wraps very much, lots of taste and very very hearty!! I made one and a half times the recipe because I wanted to freeze a couple, I got 6 hefty wraps. I'm sure if I had just made the recipe it would have made 4 wraps, I don't think I could have filled only 2, that's a lot of filling!!I used parsley because that was what I had on hand, also used a mix of mozzarella and sharp cheddar, didn't have any Monteray Jack. Regardless they are very good and we will be making them again, thanks for sharing. — Feb 4, 2005
