An excellent blend, tastes great, the preparation is simple and it smells like powdered bliss :) Thanks for this recipe! I use it mainly with minced beef with beans or chickpea.

This was fanastic and super easy to make. It can be incorparated in so many recipes. I made this up for my dd to take to university.It makes a large amount and costs much less than premade. Thanks.

Another great spice mix to add to my collection of homemade mixes. Excellent for any recipe calling for Tex -Mex spices, and as suggested with soups sauces and casseroles! Thank you for posting this recipe ... it's a keeper.
