This was a delight! Like Scancan I, too, used hot fudge sauce (I like it so much better) and followed the suggestions (and Julie's great photo!) to shape the tortillas into bowl shapes. In my book, the cinnamon is the star compliment for the dish! This makes a good way to finish a Mexican meal or a delicious treat to serve anytime! Thanks!

What a fabulous dessert. We so enjoyed this. I served this with hot fudge sauce and it looked and tasted amazing.

Oh Wow...what's not to love!!! I too, didn't find the cinnamon ice cream but that was just fine by me! I fried the tortilla, flipped it over and added a generous amount of the cinnamon/sugar mix while it was still in the pan. When I took it out we (ds and I) sprinkled the other side generously too. It was SO GOOD! I tell you it was as good as the ice cream I got at Mexico Restaurant the last time we went. Thank you Kim D!!! I will be making this again and again! Followed ellie's suggestion and used my petite tortilla bakers to fashion edible bowls for the sundaes. The closest thing I could find to the recommended ice cream was Ben & Jerry's Cinnamon Buns so I used that-oh gosh, I feel another addiction coming on! The kids loved the treats as did I. Thanks for sharing Kim, made for ZWT3.

Yummy Chi Chi's used to make these before they went out of business, they were my favorite dessert!

Good and easy sundaes! We added a scoop of cool whip to our sundaes. Next time however, I think I will form the fried tortillas into bowl shapes for the sundaes because I think they will be fun to make and eat. Thanks for sharing!
