Delicious tangy spiced, kicked-up green beans. Adjust hotness for you by amount of chilies you use or mild or hot Rotel.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups canned green beans, drained
  • 1 cup rotel
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 14 cup onion, diced

Directions

  1. In pan, melt butter and sauté onion.
  2. Add beans, Rotel, and jalapenos; simmer for about 15 or 30 minutes.
  3. Serve warm.
