Delicious tangy spiced, kicked-up green beans. Adjust hotness for you by amount of chilies you use or mild or hot Rotel.
- 4 cups canned green beans, drained
- 1 cup rotel
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄4 cup onion, diced
- In pan, melt butter and sauté onion.
- Add beans, Rotel, and jalapenos; simmer for about 15 or 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Very good way to spice up green beans! I had to use minced onions which worked wonderfully!! Thanks so much for posting! Made for My 3 Chefs '08.
