A yummy dip that everyone loves. I usually serve with tortilla chips. It's best to use rubber gloves when handling hot peppers.
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 4 ounces green chilies, seeded and minced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- Mix together in a bowl.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for two hours before serving.
