This is a basic layered chip dip, kinda Tex Mex--not spicy at all, so add some jalapeños, cumin, and Tabasco for a kick.

  1. Spread bean dip on a 12 inch deep serving dish.
  2. In a small bowl mash the avacado, lemon, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread that over the bean dip.
  4. Combine sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning.
  5. Spread over avocado layer.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese, olives, onions, and tomato.
  7. Serve with tomato chips.
