  1. Brown and drain meat.
  2. Add chili, tomatoes and water; stir.
  3. Bring to a boil, stir in rice and velveeta.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Stir until well blended.
