WONDERFUL! I agree definately a keeper. I used 1/2 and 1/2 turkey and low fat ground beef. Monterey and Cheddar cheese mix and garlic roasted flavored bread crumbs.

Kate, these are great! What a wonderful way to spice up plain old cheeseburgers! They are so simple to make, too. My family loves cheese, so we did add some on top. This is definitely a keeper.

I really enjoyed the flavor of these. I had one left over, which I used the next morning to make a breakfast burrito! Yummy both times! :)

Excellent burgers. I used my homemade salsa and Mrs. Dash Southwestern Chipotle seasoning mix since I couldn't find the Mexican seasoning. I used Dorel's homemade hamburger buns Hot Dog/Hamburger Buns/Rolls/Cinnamon Buns Dough Cycle A.b.m. and added additional salsa and mexican blend cheese on top before serving. Thanks Kate for a great recipe.

These are great burgers! I used Mexican blend shredded cheese and Mrs. Dash Southwestern Chipotle seasoning mix. Before serving, melted a bit of cheese on top and added a teaspoon of salsa. So good, next time will double recipe.
