A great party dip. Use it for corn chips, tortilla chips or crackers.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
- 8 ounces salsa
- 1⁄2 cup black olives
- Mix mayonnaise and 8 ounces of the cheese.
- Spread into bottom of 11x7 baking pan.
- Layer the beans, salsa and remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350* for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with olives.
