I made this for the second time and it was as big a hit as it was the first. I used 4 cloves of garlic and Rotel tomatoes. I will make this time and again. Thanks for posting!!

This was okay. Too bland for someone from the South. Tasted like Taco Bell, so the kids liked it. I would drain the beans and use corn tortillas. Maybe even add some crushed tortilla chips for the top layer of tortillas. My top layer was gooey.

Hubby really liked it. Stuned me. He usually says "ok". He said it is a keeper. Thanks for sharing!

Delicious!!! I made mine with corn tortillas and used mild enchilada sauce. I also used Rotel Tomatoes and fresh jalapeno peppers. I seeded the peppers and cut them into strips. Everyone loved it.

Good taste and easy to prepare. I did drain the beans but not the tomatoes. I bottom can out nice, but the top with the tomatoes over it was a little soggy. As a whole the casserole saw not overly wet. I think if a person would drain both beans and tomatoes this would be perfect! Made for *"ADOPT" A Orphaned Tag Game* 2007... out of the orphanage of the 1-2-3 Wonders game.

Fast and easy to put together but after the cooking time it was still very wet. The directions do not say to drain any of the ingredients so I did not. Perhaps I should have. I did add a little more garlic but followed the recipe to a T other than that. Nice flavor and great weeknight casserole! Thanks for sharing it! ZWT 3

Good flavor! I didn't know whether to drain the beans (I used ranch beans with jalapenos) and the tomaotes. So I just half drained them. My problem was that it was too soupy. We could have used spoons. Anyhow, the hubby liked it. Next time I will drain the liquids and then bake. Thanks for the recipe.

Very wonderful dinner for my granddaughter and myself. Had plenty to freeze and send home with her. My daughter and her husband loved it also. I was so very happy I could send home things we cooked together. Chelsea and I did not change nothing...After all I am trying to teach her to follow recipes. We had a great time. Cook with your children..well grandchildren...Hugs 2 U all.

This is a family favorite at my house. I have made it for friends also and one of my friend's husband practically ate the whole pan. I have a craving for mexican food every now and then and this curbs that craving.

This was really good and so easy! My husband made it last night so that it was ready when I got home from work, so this is for sure a kitchen-impaired hubby friendly recipe! ;) But it had a great taste...and made tons of leftovers! Thanks Kim for the super recipe!

Tex-Mex for sure! This is very good. Instead of using the flour tortillas I opted to use a dozen corn tortillas. I also used fresh frozen green chilies and added about 1/2 cup more cheese to top off the casserole about 5 minutes before end of cooking time. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome recipe! My 8 year old girls even loved it. I added enchalada seasoning to the meat. Instead of layering I mixed the meat, beans, soup and sauce all together and poured over tortillas. I will be using this recipe alot! Very simple but taste!

Delicious and just spicy enough for us! I did make a few changes based on what I had on hand such as using 3 garlic cloves instead of 2 and I used the ranch style beans w/ jalapeno peppers, medium enchilada sauce, Rotel tomatoes (mild) version w/ peppers and added 1 cut up tomato and green pepper (to make up for the smaller can of tomatoes). Delicious and perfect for us! This casserole makes a lot -- enough for 6-8 hearty eaters or perfect for teenagers--my teens and my dh gobbled this up with leftovers for lunches. Thanks for sharing this keeper. We will be having this again soon!
