I have never tried this, but have a bottle of sorghum in my pantry from our food swap (2), so I needed to find some uses for it! This site is a great way to store recipes I want to try!
- In a bowl beat eggs until smooth.
- Add sugar along with sorghum, and beat for 1 more minute.
- Pour sorghum mixture into pie shell.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
