Teriyaki Tri-Tip

ingredients

• 3 -5 lbs tri-tip roast
• 1 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 4 -6 garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a Freezer bag.
2. Marinate Tri tip for at least 24 hours.
3. Cut Tri tip into steaks and grill.
