Teriyaki Steak

"old recipe of my mom's no clue where it came from, but it's good!!!!"

• Ingredients: 7
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 3 lbs top round steaks
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 1 tablespoon ginger, ground
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup white wine

directions

1. Place steak in a shallow pan -
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak and marinate 4 or 5 hours.
3. grill or broil until desired doneness and serve with rice.
