ingredients

¹⁄₃ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, crushed
¹⁄₂ teaspoon ginger, grated
3 teaspoons sugar, heaping

directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Place meat in ziploc bag with marinade overnight for best results.
Brush remaining sauce on top of meats while cooking.
