This is a great sauce. Add this to stir fried vegies,rice,over cooked chicken, or over a ribeye in the final moments of cooking to add a great oriental flavor. I hope ya'll enjoy it.

  1. Mix sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and pepper and simmer.
  2. Combine cornstarch and water together and whisk into sauce, simmer until the sauce thickens to your liking.
