Teriyaki Salmon

- 4 salmon fillets or 4 steaks
- 9 ounces teriyaki sauce
directions
- Marinate salmon in sauce for at least 1 hour or more.
- Heat heavy fry pan. (I use an iron pan).
- Add a little olive oil.
- Cook salmon on one side for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn and cook till done to your liking.
- Enjoy.

I am basically an old fashion cook but do like to try new recipes. I am retired from retail. I love to explore on my computer. I use my Better Homes & Garden cookbook quite often as does my daughter. I do a lot of canning & freezing & making pickles & jam. My Mother-in-Law was an excellent cook and taught me some of her tricks.
