  • The sauce: combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  • Put the teriyaki sauce and pork in a sealable plastic bag.
  • Seal the bag and marinate the pork in the refrigerator, turning once, for at least 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Place the pork on a roasting pan and broil until an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 155°, about 15 minutes, turning once.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
