I used this recipe to marinate a lightly scored flank steak. I kept it marinading for almost 24 hours and then grilled it. Fantastic! I made the recipe exactly as written. We sliced up the leftover beef and had it on sandwiches the next day and it was awesome all over again. Thanks Deb, this one will be done again :) JJ
