Teriyaki Marinade with Orange Juice

"Posted by request. Has a great flavor that goes nicely with meats, especially chicken. Also good on vegetables. The pic is of boneless chicken breast that has been marinated in this recipe for about 6 hours. Was excellent!"

  1. I was looking for a oil-free marinade. And this is a good one!I added some cilantro to cut the sweetness just a bit. Marinated chicken drumsticks over night. Baked in the oven. TY for posting

  2. I tried your marinade, and it is very good,,,however just a bit sweet for me, but not for my wife...she loved it. The second time I made it, I used pineapple juice instead of orange juice and ommited the brown sugar, and added 2 teaspoons of powdered ginger. Thanks and good eats.

  3. This marinade is great. I used it with boneless skinless chicken breasts. I let it in the marinade overnight. I had to cook it in the oven cause it was too cold outside and DH was not home to do it. But it was still great. But I'll have to try it on the barbecue. Thanks Sue. Made for Holiday tag

  4. I used boneless chicken breast and added a little fresh ginger. This was so simple and so good. I served it over white rice, and had macaroni salad on the side. Had a Hawaiian lunch plate thing going on. It's going in my keeper file. Thank you.
