  1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Place the frozen vegetables in a 4-quart slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle the tapioca over the vegetables.
  4. Place the chicken pieces over the vegetables.
  5. In a small bowl, add the chicken broth, marmalade, teriyaki sauce, dry mustard, and ground ginger; stir to combine.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.
  8. Serve over hot cooked rice.

This was pretty good and the orange marmalade added a wonderful flavor. Very easy to put together and nice to be able to do it after the morning rush. I cooked it on low for 5 hours and served it with rice.
