These made an excellent lunch today! I was a bit weary of using the sage and thyme with the teriyaki, but it was delicious. I substituted shallots for the onion, shiitake mushrooms for the cremini and used a red bell pepper. Yummy! Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall 2008.
