- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dry ginger
- 4 fresh fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, chicken broth, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic salt and ginger.
- Place chicken breasts in an oven proof dish and pour sauce over. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is no longer pink*.
- Serve with sauce drizzled over chicken.
