I like to use this marinade when I do Japanese grilling. I use it on octopus, chicken, livers, fishballs, crab sticks, etc. I like to top with eel sauce and toasted sesame for a stronger taste.

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and marinade 1-2 pound meat.
