      WOW - this is outstanding! The tequila and lime flavor really penetrated the pork and the rub mixture was the perfect complement. Cooked this in the smoker (using wood), keeping the temp at about 275 for about 2 1/2 hours. Really loved this - thanks for sharing a keeper! Made for ZWT8, Chefs gone WILD!

      we really enjoyed this for Sunday night dinner, I left out the salt and increased the garlic amount, made in on my outdoor rotisserie and served it with Nif's Grilled Greek New Potato Skewers what a wonderful dinner, thank you Mike I will be making this again!

      This just had a little bit of a weird flavor for us...I'm not sure what it is, but it just wasn't "our thing". I made exactly as posted, except I didn't quite have a whole tablespoon of the lime zest. It was easty to prepare and cook though. Made for PRMR Tag.

      Oh...wow! This is good. The meat is so tender and full of flavor. I marinated for 24 hours and I cooked it on the grill for about 45 mins. Came out with a nice crust. Made on a short RV trip with family and it got raved reviews all around. This is a keeper. Thanks for posting. :)
