Excellent salsa! The tequila is a must in this dish as it really adds a unique flavor and don't forget the salt which enhances the overall flavor of the salsa. Unfortunately, I could not find a fresh pineapple that suited me so I did use canned pineapple chunks and only used green jalapeno. I can't wait to make this with fresh pineapple.
