Use when you desire a spicy sweet sauce. Great with Asian food. Try it with egg rolls.
- 20 habaneros, Chopped
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, Chopped
- 5 golden tomatoes, diced
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup tequila
- Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan; cook down to desired constancy.
- Let it cool and strain into a container.
- Refrigerate any unused sauce.
