I used this to marinate about 2 pounds of thin steaks. It gave the meat a wonderful citrus flavor that went really well with a mango/pineapple salsa. I just put all the ingredients in a ziploc bag for easy cleanup. Thanks BMXmomto4!

This gave an excellent flavor to flank steak that I grilled, sliced and served in tortillas with rice and beans. I followed the recipe exactly, and added a bit of salt and pepper to the meat after removing from the marinade and prior to grilling. I will be making this again and again!
