Sweet and tropical...1/28/09....If you're feeling adventurous, try making this with chef #207616's Pineapple Vanilla Infused Tequila - it's fantastic!
- 1 1⁄4 ounces tequila
- 1 1⁄2 ounces coconut cream
- 3⁄4 ounce pineapple juice
- crushed ice
- Blend tequila, coconut cream and pineapple juice with crushed ice.
- Serve in a sour glass or fluted wine glass.
What a lovely drink loof. I love tequila and this soft subtle cocktail is wonderful. Love the flavor of the coconut cream and pineapple juice blended with the tequila. Not as sweet as your standard pina colada but just as tasty. Thanks for sharing, made for the fearless red dragons - zwt8 - Mexico
I love coconut cream and after buying a flat of 24 cans at Costco I'm always on the lookout for another recipe to use it in. This one is delicious, a little lighter than a pina colada but just as tasty :)
