Great recipe! Just the taste I was looking for. Added it to my fried rice for an extra kick. The one thing I thought was a little off was the mayonnaise. Unless you really love the stuff, try using only half the amount, or even none at all -- it's good for texture, but the full amount really overpowered it with mayo flavor, and I was forced to add more of the other ingredients to compensate. In addition, you can play around with the horseradish to taste -- the full 2 teaspoons has quite a kick, so feel free to reduce to 1 teaspoon if you want something a little less spicy.
