This is being posted as per request. Found on Angus Beef web site. It calls for Thai hot paste, I used Thai chile paste - I hope this is the right thing.

  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
  4. Set aside.
  6. Brush pan with clarified butter.
  7. Add rice, chicken stock, saffron, cayenne pepper and onion.
  8. Stir.
  9. Cover pan with foil and bake at 400°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  10. When rice is done, remove foil and stir in green onions and red pepper.
  11. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.

  13. Place meat and vegetables alternately on skewer, season with salt and pepper and brush with oil.
  14. Grill on both sides to medium-rare.
  15. Remove from grill and brush generously with barbecue sauce.
  16. Place on saffron rice and garnish with more sauce.
  17. Enjoy!
