I didn't tenderize it, but it didn't need it. Tasty, and a hit with the Peanut Gallery. Served it with mashed taters, gravy and applesauce. Quick, delicious and perfect for the work night.

Easy to make and tasty. I soaked my wooden skewers for one hour in warm water, and substituted All-Purpose Shake and Bake #108410 for the coating mix. Served with French fries and cole slaw for dinner. Another favorite for my recipe binder!
